Registration is at 7am kicking off with the 14 & Under Groms division at 7:30am. Spots in all divisions are limited and filled on a first come first serve basis.There are four divisions; 14 & Under Groms, 15-17 Juniors, Girls and Pro-Am. Sign up on the day only Heats will be 10mins best one wave until the semi finals with the most radical manoeuvres
Volcom team rider Chris Friend surfed in the 2009 VQS at D’Bar this is what he has to say:
"The VQS Series is always the highlight of my competitive year.Its a chance to surf epic D'bah in a fun and relaxed environment. Theres no pressure and it's all about having fun and watching the grom's go mad over prizes! The short, packed heats are always a laugh and theres always some crazy surfing and beach antics sure to happen"

Finalists will qualify for the Australian VQS Championships at Manly Beach
on the 15th-16th of April 2011 where the champs will be crowned and the Junior & Pro-Am winners will be flown to Newport Beach, California to represent Australia and battle it out for over US$100,000.00 cash
